5) Performance Bonuses
Last but not least, we have the performance bonuses. These are commissions you make when you meet certain criteria designed by the company itself.
Rodan and Fields Consultants Levels
Consultants are ranked differently with R+F. Each rank has its own compensation plan.
Consultant
The R+F Consultant is the lowest level. Whenever your retail customer purchase the products, you earn income. The prices differ from consultant to preferred and retail.
For example, if the consultant price is $149, and the preferred customer price is $179 and the retail price is $199, then it means your retail profit would be $30 or $50.
To become an active consultant and begin earning from your downline, you need to make 100 sales in each commission period. As an active consultant, you can earn 10% on level 1 commissionable volume (CV). Along with this, you also earn from your retail sales.
Executive Consultant
The executive consultant is the next level and to qualify for it, you need to have 600 personally sponsored sales volume in one commission period. The volume includes both sales made to retail customers, preferred and personal sponsored consultants.
Here, you earn 5% commission on commissionable volume by customers and consultants on your team. You also get 10% on level one commissionable volume plus retail profit from preferred and retail customers.
Level 1 Executive Consultant
After Executive Consultant, you move to Level 1 Executive Consultant. Here, you need to have one personal consultant who has advanced to Executive consultant level.
In this level, you earn 5% commission on generation one volume, 5% on customer volume made by consultants and customers in your team, 10% commission on level 1 volume and retail profit from retail and preferred customers.
If you maintain executive consultant status and your second consultant in your team graduates to elite consultant, then you move to Level 2 Executive Consultant.
Here, you get 5% commission on generation 1 and generation 2 volume. There is also a 5% commission on customer generated sales by consultants and customers in your team.
On top of that, you get another 10% commission on level 1 volume plus retail profit from both retail and preferred customers.
Level 5 Executive Consultant
Level 5 Executive Consultant requires you to have 8 referrals that reach the position of executive consultants. There are four ways to earn at this level.
There is the 5% commission on generation 1 to 5 volume, 5% commission on customer volume by customers and consultants in your team, a 10% commission on Level 1 volume and retail profits.
Premiere Executive Consultant
When two of your consultants make it to executive consultant and one of them attains any level of executive consultant position, you graduate to Premiere Executive Consultant. In this level, you earn 0.5% commission on generation six volume.
Elite Executive Consultant
If 13 members of your team reach executive consultant level and 3 of them get to any level in the executive consultant positions, then you become an Elite Executive consultant.
RFX Executive Consultant
RFX Executive Consultant is the highest rank and requires you to have 15 members of your team who reach Executive consultant level and five of them in any of the executive consultant positions. This will earn you a 2.5% commission on generation 6 volume.

The way to do this is by creating your own website and not relying on only on the company replicated website. Usually most company websites don’t do the job.
With your own website you’ll want to create a webpage that captures your visitors’ information. The goal here is to be able to continue to communicate with your prospect about your products through an email autoresponder. This will allow you to follow up with your prospects and build trust with them.
There are two ways to successfully grow any mlm business. They are as follows:

With paid ads, like facebook ads, you an go exactly where the fish are and scale up big. It’s always best to find qualified people instead of trying to make someone qualified for what you have to offer.
