How to Sell More on Foap

When trying to sell on Foap as with any site, it can be competitive. After doing some research, I found some ways to help increase your chances of getting your work picked up and making some money.

Here are 5 tips to sell more on Foap:

1. Be Prolific

The more pictures you upload the better. You can’t just upload one or two and expect to make money. Try to upload as many as you can and as often as you can to increase your chances.

2. Piggyback

The piggybacking method is one that I always recommend in just about anything when it comes to making money. Piggybacking means you find what’s working and try to do it better. No need to try and reinvent the wheel.

Look for the ‘Sold’ or ‘Trending’ pictures and try to snap pictures that are similar to those. No need to outright knockoff someone else’s stuff. That’s not what I’m saying. But try to get as close as you can and maybe try to do it better.

3. Mix it up

Try to upload a bunch of different types of pictures and see which ones get the most traction and do more of those. Try to get as many different types as you can. Vacation. Walking in the park. You name it.

4. Tag your pictures

Add tags to all of your pictures with keywords that relate to the pictures. These are words and phrases that describe your pictures. Try to put in as many tags as you can.

Here’s an example from Canva of a picture that is tagged with keywords.

5. Connect with members

Connect with members of the Foap Community. This is a great place to learn, follow other members and get some tips and tricks. Also, you can learn what’s working and do more of that.

As with most things, remember the 80/20 rule or Pareto principle. And apply it to Foap. Figuring out what’s getting the best results and focus more on those.

It states that around 80% of the results in just about any chosen area, come from only 20% of the things that we do. Meaning that most of the things that we do don’t produce the lion’s share of results. The trick is
